Position: Business Consultant- Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management
Total experience:10+ yrs
Consulting experience with a Telco speciality is required
Thorough understanding of all elements of revenue assurance activities.
Thorough understanding of all elements of fraud management activities.
Hands-on RA & FM experience on the follow subjects:
Knowledge and understanding of technologies, switching, billing etc
Auditing/reviewing methodologies & techniques across the revenue chain
Production of RA & FM policies, procedures and work flow processes
Reviewing new products/services for technical & commercial risks
Working with internally developed tools and commercially available RA & FMS solutions
Revenue leakage & fraud measurement, analysis, reporting & production of KPIs
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements on billing accuracy
Experience deploying and / or managing Telecom / Service Provider OSS / BSS solutions and operations. Specific consulting expertise in Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Billing etc….
Resource must be very process oriented with 90% focus on technical business development – MS methodologies and best practices across RA and FM
Experience with Workflow modelling, OSS/BSS operations consulting, Business Process Optimization and Outsourcing.
Consulting on Telecom Operations and Systems – specific experience in one or all of the following Billing Operations – Wireline, Mobile, Cable, Interconnect / Interparty Settlements and Billing, Service Fulfilment and Provision Operations and Systems, Network Operations and Data Integrity Management
Required Telecommunications domain knowledge includes Interconnect Billing, Telco Fraud, Telco Revenue Assurance, Cost Management, Data Integrity Management, and Consulting for OSS/BSS operations.
Experience with telecom industry process maps, such as eTOM and ITIL
Proven customer facing skills with ability to support business development and sales engagements.
Executive interfacing skills with the ability to convey business case and operational benefits of proposed solutions. Must be able to command and drive product, sales, and services delivery staff.
Must be able to provide positive messaging during difficult situations. Must have deep customer management skills. Must have ability to pose solutions in an undefined work environment.
Experience and or desire to work in a global organization with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Ability to travel extensively at short notice
