Position: Manager - Data Analytics

Total experience: 9+ yrs

Job Description:

Candidate should have Minimum 9 to 11 years of experience in Advanced Analytics and have strong exposure towards hardcore statistical modeling and data mining, having come from Indian Statistical Institute

Experience of working on advanced modules of SPSS and well versed in cluster and regression modeling, developing score card models.

Good understanding of econometric and statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, optimization techniques, attribute analysis operational research and linear programming.

Conduct simulation (discrete event) studies of existing and proposed systems, including definition of data requirements; capture and validation of information, model formulation, design experimentation, and application of appropriate statistical analysis.

Candidate should have working experience with IBM SPSS Modeler and should be able to design predictive models with IBM SPSS Modeler software.

Estimate and manage project timelines, resources for target implementation schedules

Ability to define & modify functional requirements & manage deliverables to clients

Leading the internal team, interpreting results, developing recommendations, presenting ideas & analyses to clients and excellent communication skills

Dexterity to work in and manage diverse teams

DESCRIPTION:

This position exists to conduct statistical analysis and build predictive models. The incumbent will be technically proficient in modeling/scoring techniques and methodologies.

 Should have experience in end-to-end functional project management including Requirement Gathering Functional Design Impact Assessment Business Analysis Project delivery Functional Testing and User Documentation.

Position: Technical Architect / Solution Architect - Hybris

Total experience: 10+ yrs

Job Description:

10+ years of Software Development Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Electronics or equivalent

Experience in Java/J2EE and other related technologies.

Experience in Spring / Hibernate background and few years of Hybris experience

Strong analytical and problem solving skills of complex systems.

Knowledge of SDLC

Ability to work independently as well within the team

Strong knowledge of RDBMS design and concepts.

Experience in building/designing highly scalable products on various platforms (Linux / Windows)

Extensive Experience in Software design and architecture of Enterprise systems

Experience working with teams in diverse geographic locations

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Define Solution architecture that meets functional/ performance/ user experience requirements; derive software modules with the integration interfaces

 Task break-down and associated Level of Effort for deliverables

 RFPs – Define Technical sections of RFPs meeting customers’ expectations that include capacity assessments, scalability, high availability assessments in addition to the functional requirements

 Prototyping and Proof-of-concepts related to demonstration of new technology/ concept

 Co-ordination with Quality Assurance team for Verification and Validation

 Co-ordination with Product/ Program/ Operations Teams to support software releases

 Co-ordination with Customer support/ Customer(s) in supporting the resolution of customer issues
