Position: Solutions Manager
Total experience:10+ yrs
Qualifications and Experience:
Should have good exposure of at least 4-5 years in the Interconnect billing area.
Should have driven workshops for requirement gathering and data gathering across the globe
Should be hands on in deployment and providing alternative solutions to customers
Should have good exposure to customer interactions and presentation skills
Should have managed a team of 8-10 people who are working on multiple projects
Should be willing to travel frequently for short durations (2-3 weeks per travel)
Role and Responsibilities:
Perform consulting activities such as perform risk assessments, auditing, determining operations maturity levels, management report writing, technical proposal drafting, system specification drafting, producing and delivering presentations and client training.
