Position: Senior Technical Developer (Silverlight) Total experience: 5+ yrs Desired Skills and Experience Candidate must have hands on in 5+ years of experience Candidates must have experience into Silverlight Development. Candidates must have experience C# - Expert Developer Candidates must have experience Best Practices – Design Pattern Candidates must have experience Web/Browser – Server based Experience Designing HLD / LLDs, from user requirements (primarily white boarded inputs) to design web Apps/ desktop Apps/ Web services / windows services. Constant and close mentoring of development team on .NET technology (C#, VB, ASP. NET, Web services, HTML, JavaScript) Knowledge in designing scalable and business rules driven applications percolating the same to the application schema as well. Hands on in DML on MSSQL. Extremely proficient in SDLC, software architectures and design patterns.
