Urgent Opening for Senior Technical Consultant / Deployment Engineer -Windows/linux -Delhi & Mumbai

Position: Senior Technical Consultant (Delhi & Mumbai location) Total experience: 4+ yrs Skills and Experience Skills and Experience: 4-5 years experience of which 2-3 years deployment engineer on deploying IT software applications at varied customer locations 2-3 years experience as System Engineer working in a complex environment Experience in Configuring & managing Windows client environment Experience with Linux servers (different flavors), Server Management, design and implementation Experience working with the following technologies/platforms: DNS, LDAP, FTP/sFTP, DHCP, backup software, Apache, Tomcat, , Active directory, OSI, IPv4, IPv6, Subnetting, Super netting, VLSM, static & dynamic routing protocols. Knowledge on OSI model, IPv4, IPv6, Subnetting, VLSM networks & LAN routing, to possess database skills on simple queries and scripts on SQL 2005, 2008 or 2012 and/or MySQL LAN configuration with Windows 2003 Server, RHEL5, XP, WIN 7 & Vista O.S, Solaris and VMWare ESX Understanding on the ITAM, ITSM processes Preferred experience in working with IT service management or automation tool Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent work experience Excellent customer facing skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills Work well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Job Description: Understanding the customer requirements/environment and handling deployments at customer premises Work remotely, Effectively communicate and interact with both functional and technical team in solving complex business and technical problems Understand, plan and implement Product solutions at customer environment and complete tasks within critical time lines Interact with and respond to customer issues Automate processes and build detailed plans for all customer environment activities Provide the needed training and demo to the customers Prepare detailed documents on the implementation plan, Statement of Work, Installation and User Guide Work with the partners and enable them with the training / documentation like compliance, training material etc Respond to first level support and Development escalation requests Note: Please send cvs only, who can attend the interview weekdays, with short notice period Job Location: Delhi & Mumbai If this interests you kindly forward, your latest updated profile as reply to this mail & we will call you at your convenient time for provide more details.
