Position: Sales Director/GM- sales Total experience: 12+ yrs Job description: Job brief We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required. Responsibilities- New client acquisition Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets exceeding $1 million within assigned territory and accounts Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Post-sales support activities. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Work with inside sales teams to come up with solution, value proposition and engagement models Eligibility- 12-15 years of successful sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Overseas Experience in IT sales /Telecom/BI is preferred (ASIA, Africa, Europe, and Middle east/Latin America.) Minimum of 5 years of Enterprise Software Sales experience Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Experience in pricing with specific emphasis on license pricing Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Worked in senior role for at least 5 years.
