Requirements:
Position Mandate
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, based on knowledge of RA/FM products and management approaches, tools and utilities, or a demonstrable background in
other telecom or related IT systems in a customer delivery environment.
Experience and Skills:
At least 8-12years of experience in the communications sector, with a GSM network (Fraud/Revenue Assurance) and 6/7 years of experience in RA/FM
Strong Leadership & Management skills (Minimum 20 people)
Excellent problem solver & customer oriented focus
Strong negotiator
Strong Communication Skills written and verbal
Strong Interpersonal skills
Self initiated & go-getter attitude
Commitment & ability to deliver results within tight timescales
PC Literate with the ability to interrogate and assimilate a variety of systems and applications such as MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Idea Function Managers & SME in designing appropriate processes and controls within Fraud management system to minimize & prevent exposures to Fraud
Assessment of changes to the system requests and acceptance testing
Working with the Company internal functions and delivery of Fraud Management services as agreed in the contract with idea
Overall responsibility for the monitoring and control of the day-to-day activities associated with Fraud operations
Overall responsibility for timely and accurate issue analysis, management reporting, action monitoring, and change management
Managing Fraud analysts/SME team
Ensuring adherence to Service Level agreement (SLA) in day to day operations
Operations risk and issue management
