Position: System Administrators (Filenet) Total experience: 3+ yrs Job Description Overview: Skills / Attributes: IBM Filenet P8, eDiscovery, ICC Informatica (not as a developer or librarian, but system support) SAP Business Objects Secondary Skills: Experience in application support, Windows server, Unix, and Linux support preferred.. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities for all In-Scope Enterprise Applications : Maintain application availability and performance within established SLAs Expeditious resolution of escalated incidents, minimizing service disruptions Ownership of all escalated incidents acting as the final point of technical escalation for application issues. Engage application vendors as required for issue resolution Manage the life cycle of problems from problem identification, through root cause analysis, to the completion of associated remediation tasks of problems. Assist in the training and induction of new staff into the Application Support team Provide specialist professional advice and support in relation to the use of in-scope applications. Installation and maintenance of Enterprise Applications. Work with Infrastructure architect to plan Enterprise Application deployments that align to Infrastructure strategies including Disaster Recovery, Hardware and Operating system strategies. Work with IT Application Development teams to ensure Enterprise Software is effectively utilized to meet business requirements Develop and maintain Application Support standards and procedures documentation as required.
