Position: VP – HR Total experience: 15+ yrs Desired Skills and Experience: Human Capital Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Responsible and accountable for acquiring Talent across regions / India Vendor management for one time as well as third party contracts Sourcing / Interviewing / Reference Checks Accountable for Inducting the expert into the organization Resource Management: Responsible and joint accountability for maximizing resource utilization in India Plan and execute resource movements to regions from India Provide continual inputs to the product development as well as platform engineering teams for resource utilization Talent Management: Accountable and Responsible for Performance and Career Management for all employees across regions Goal Setting Career Management Workshops Performance evaluation discussions with individuals and managers Career planning, management and aspiration discussions with the individuals Compensation and Benefits: Implementation of the same across India (regions as applicable) Keep abreast of the latest in the industry Learning and Development: Identify critical competencies required and set up training plan / training calendar Help and motivate employees to achieve their short term and long term career goals Policy and Practices: Introduce / revise HR policies from time to time. Keep pace with the industry practices and standard Identify improvement areas in the existing processes and build on those that are providing the best results Global Mobility (Visa Processing): Accountable for processing visas for all employees based at India Partial responsibility for helping regional teams for documentation wrt visa processing Payroll Processing: Identify requisite payroll processing vendor and implement the payroll migration Accountable for processing payroll in India by working with HR, Finance and payroll outsourcing partner teams Employee Database Management: Accountable and partially responsible for ensuring the employee database is updated on a period basis in all aspects accurately Periodic analysis of data and help in business decisions Mentoring: Guide and help managers to lead their respective functions & team(s) effectively Direct and indirect mentoring for the overall success of the organization Separation Management: Accountable for getting the exit process completed on time Manage voluntary and involuntary separations Analyse the exit data and take necessary action as appropriate and help in decision making Statutory Compliance: Accountable for statutory compliance for HR (labor), Provident Fund, ESI and other related areas Inputs to RFI / RFP / Due-Diligence: Active participation by providing accurate data as well as involve in necessary discussions / presentations from time to time Active involvement to help business achieve its goals Note: Please send Cvs only, who can able to attend the interview on weekdays with short notice period (30 days) Job Location: Vadodara If this interests you kindly forward, your latest updated profile as reply to this mail & we will call you at your convenient time for provide more details.
