Position: WLAN Lead Total experience: 8+ yrs Desired Skills and Experience: Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have 8 to 12 years of technical experience in developing firmware. Experience with 802.11abgn/ac MAC layer is highly desirable. 4 to 6 years of industry experience in Android framework. Able to guide the team for development device driver\BSP development for WLAN Chipsets on Linux/Android and strong debugging skills. Â Good C and Embedded knowledge. Experience in developing software closely interacts with Hardware. Experience working with low memory systems and code/data optimization Demonstrable experience in taking ownership and delivering on features, releases and products strong level of discipline and use of processes to consistently deliver tasks in a timely manner Good-to-Have Understand and resolve WLAN firmware issues/bugs, work independently. Experience in design and implementation of WLAN features, work closely with WLAN hardware, and understand the complexity of firmware implementation. Primary responsibility is to work in firmware and work closely with hardware, software and system teams to tune and enhance WLAN firmware features. Good in working with low level of WLAN MAC protocol (802.11 abgn/ac etc.), Emphasis on code modularity, code quality, code reviews and software process Eligible Criteria:- 15 yrs of full time education [any UG or PG graduates/Diploma holders] Candidates should have all their Academic certificates. Candidates must have proper experience letter/certificate from previous organization.
