Position: Filenet technical Manager Total experience: 12+ yrs Job description: Min 12 Yrs - 15 Yrs of experience Must have worked at least 10 years of software development experience 8+ Experience in IBM FileNet P8 Should have experience in P8 Content Manager,P8 BPM, Records Manager, Form Manager, IBM Content Collector and IBM Content Navigator Experience of IBM FileNet P8 API Development, and Process Design Experience of WAT Framework, BPF, and IBM Advanced Case manager(Preferred) Should have working knowledge of IBM FileNet Capture / IBM Datacap(Preferred) Should have experience of Pre-sales and RFP Response Should have knowledge of Server Sizing, and architecting High availability solution using IBM FileNet Suits of Products Must have setup at least 1 DR environment in IBM FileNet P8 Strong full life cycle Experience of Web application development using J2EE, Web Services, XML, XSLT and DotNet related Technologies Should manage the team effectively for the project delivery and ensuring good project Margins To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions Good knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle or SQL server Basic knowledge of Linux Experience with browser technologies such as JavaScript, XSLT. HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
