Position: Solution Architect/ BI Architect Total experience: 12+ yrs Qualification & Experience required : BE / MCA with 12 + years’ experience Experience in working on different IN Platforms and billing systems, Experience in designing telecom data warehouse for large subscriber base including data center architecture, systems design, warehouse data model, ETL workflow, and upstream/downstream interfaces. Sound experience in seamlessly integrating both (IT & Network) environments along with necessary external elements to deliver an efficient business service from a large Telco Good understanding of network architecture and elements responsible for delivering Voice, SMS, Data (2G, 3G, HSD) and VAS services End to end IT – Network integration experience for integrating network elements enabling data services in CDMA / GSM / 3G networks (e.g. AAA, PDSN, PCRF, GGSN-CGSN, MIG / WAP G/w, IN, HLR etc) Competencies Required : Strong Telecom Domain expertise in end-to-end planning, implementation, integration, migration of OSS/BSS platforms, Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions and network elements. Proven expertise in strategic and tactical Technology Planning, Process Implementation & Improvement, Technology Landscape Assessment & Optimization and Managed Services. Experienced in translating long term business objectives into scalable, futuristic and cost effective technology solutions to address today’s need and accommodate future demand Technical expertise and hands-on experience in data management, application development, and equally skilled in large infrastructure setups and management (Involving multiple technology stacks). Strong Leadership skills required for managing large technology teams to excel in individual & team performance. Thorough understanding of Telecommunication domain and emerging service / technology trends.
