One of our client looking for the below mentioned position. Position: Hardware Lead Architect Total experience: 12+ yrs Technical requirements:. Job description: As part of the Hardware development team in Bangalore, the hardware design engineer is responsible for the design, development and trouble shooting of various wireless networking products including – wireless mesh routers, access points and controllers. Job Requirements: Overall 12+ years of experience with 5+ years of hand-on experience on development of commercial wireless networking products from specification, design, validation, manufacturing to shipping. Thorough knowledge of hardware development process Knowledge of board level schematics, 802.11, RF, wireless & switch chipsets Experience with Antenna design, validation and integration with multiple radios, outdoor enclosures and thermal design. Strong Board level debugging skills PCB Layout and EMI/EMC compliance exposure is preferred Experience in interfacing with RF subsystem design at board-level and system level Knowledge and experience in standards compliance test procedures for ISO, IEEE, FCC, Safety, Railway, Vehicular and EN standards for typical networking products Good knowledge and experience with ODMs in hardware test procedures like DVT, DFM etc.. Education: Bachelor’s degree from a college/university with Electrical or Electronics Engineering background. Masters preferred.
